As a former three-time D-1 National Champion athlete and current certified yoga instructor, I know just how important it is to take care of your mind, body, and soul. But as a mom, wife, and breast cancer survivor, I also know that life doesn’t always make that easy!
I founded MZT because I firmly believe that travel is our chance as women to carve out the time and space we need to recalibrate. When you’re already wearing too many hats, though, adding “travel advisor” to your precariously perched pile is the last thing you have time for.
