On the call, I want to get to know more about you—your preferred travel style, dream destinations, favorite things, and other essential details. Think we’re a good fit? Great! I’ll send over our planning fee invoice, and the journey to your dream vacation begins. Soon, you'll receive a comprehensive proposal outlining all elements of your tailor-made itinerary. Then, I’ll work with you to make whatever tweaks are necessary to align with your vacation vision—my goal is to collaborate with you to perfect every element of your trip.

Secure & Prepare
Step 3
Once your itinerary is finalized, I’ll work with my travel partners to secure all aspects of your trip—including hotel stays, tours, transfers, and more (depending on what design package you’ve chosen). You’ll receive all your travel details via a convenient mobile app, and I’ll also provide my insider recommendations on what to see, do, and taste in your destination. Get ready for an unforgettable trip!

Step 4
You’ll begin your vacation with total peace of mind, knowing you have a team of pros to support you. If you need any assistance while you travel, simply reach out to me and I’ll work with my partners on the ground to smooth over any issues.
